Optimalizace budovy z hlediska primární energie

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem energetické optimalizace budovy z hlediska primární energie. Studie je zaměřena na analýzu rodinného domu se dvěma bytovými jednotkami z hlediska spotřeby primární energie ve fázi výstavby i provozu. Jsou porovnána různá řešení stavebních konstrukcí z hlediska svázané energie v materiálech a tepelného chování budovy. Dále je pro vybranou materiálovou variantu objektu zpracována analýza různých řešení technického zařízení budovy z hlediska spotřeby primární energie na vytápění, větrání, přípravu teplé vody a provoz energetických systémů. Pro nejvhodnější ze zvažovaných variant jsou zpracovány projekty techniky prostředí - vytápění a větrání.

This diploma thesis deals with energy optimization of the building in terms of primary energy. The study focuses on the analysis of a detached house with two housing units with respect to primary energy input during construction and operation of the building. Different solutions of building structure are compared in terms of primary energy in materials and the thermal behavior of the building. Different HVAC solutions are analyzed from the point of primary energy input for heating, ventilation and hot water preparation. Heating and ventilation projects are designed for the most suitable design of the structure and design of the HVAC system with respect to primary energy input.
