Sedlec – Prčice, charakter a struktura sídel

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá charakterem a strukturou sídel ve správním území města Sedlec - Prčice. Obsahuje část textovou a grafickou. V textové části jsou definovány pojmy charakter a struktura zástavby a další související pojmy, jako stavební čára, uliční čára, podlažnost atd. Dále je prováděna analýza charakteru a struktury pro pět vybraných sídel v rámci správního území Sedlec - Prčice. V těchto sídlech jsou také určeny hodnoty a problémy související s charakterem a strukturou zástavby, případně jsou navržena opatření či regulace k vyřešení těchto problémů nebo k předcházení vzniku dalších. Součástí textové části je také fotodokumentace vybraných řešených sídel. Grafická část má tři části. V první je funkční využití území sídel, druhá část se zabývá rozdělením podle typů zástavby a řeší zároveň, jakým způsobem je utvořené oddělení soukromého prostoru od veřejného čili uliční čáry. V poslední části jsou znázorněny problémy, narušující výrazně strukturu a charakter daných sídel, a jsou navrženy regulativy, které by měly zamezit přílišnému narušení zástavby.

The diploma thesis deals with the character and structure of settlements in the administrative area of Sedlec - Prčice. It contains text and graphic part. The text part defines the concepts of character and structure of settlements and other related terms, such as building lines, street lines, storey etc. It also analyzes the character and structure for five selected settlements in the administrative area of Sedlec - Prčice. In these settlements are also determined the values and problems related to the character and structure of the buildings, alternatively measures or regulations are proposed to resolve these problems or to prevent the emergence of others. Part of the text part is also photodocumentation of selected settlements. The graphical part has three parts. The first is a function of land settlements, the second part deals with the distribution by types of buildings and addresses at the same time, how is formed department of private space from the public (street line). In the last part shows the problems disturbing significantly the structure and character of the settlements. In this part are also designed regulations to prevent excessive disruption of the building structure.
