Hospodářské dvory a jejich význam v krajině

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá hospodářskými dvory na území ORP Třeboň s mírnými přesahy do okolních ORP. Teoretická část popisuje současný stav řešeného území obce s rozšířenou působností Třeboň. Dále se soustředí na urbanistický vývoj krajiny v lokalitě s ohledem na historický vývoj hospodářských dvorů. Praktická část představuje katalog hospodářských dvorů, který je zpracován na základě terénního průzkumu. Katalog obsahuje základní informace o jednotlivých hospodářských dvorech, jejich umístění v rámci ORP, ochranu přírody a krajiny v okolí a dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu. Součástí práce je koncepční řešení opuštěného hospodářského dvora. Práce je založena na územních plánech obcí v ORP Třeboň, na územně analytických podkladech ORP Třeboň a na terénním průzkumu.

The diploma thesis is focused on the farm yards in the territory of the ORP Trebon with slight overlaps to the surrounding ORPs. The theoretical part describes the current state of the issued territory of the ORP Trebon. Further, thesis is focused on the urban development of the landscape in the locality, with regards to the historical development of the farm yards. The practical part is a catalog of thefarm yards, which are dealt with on the basis of a field survey. The catalog contains basic information on individual farm yards, their location in ORP ranges, nature and landscape conservation and transport and technical infrastructure. Last part of the thesis is a conceptual solution of the abandoned farm yard. The schema is based on the territorial plans of the municipalities in the Trebon Regional Authority, the territorial analytical documentation of the Trebon ORP and the field survey.
