Regenerace vybraných rekreačních areálů v ORP Sedlčany

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření pasportů rekreačních areálů v ORP Sedlčany na břehu Slapské přehrady a na jeden z nich vytvořit urbanistický návrh prostorového a funkčního využití území s ohledem na jeho regeneraci. Cílem je také vytvoření koncepce vybavenosti, dopravní infrastruktury, technické infrastruktury a zeleně. Součásti koncepce vybavenosti jsou inspirace pro výběr mobiliáře a ubytovacích zařízení. Vlastní analýza pro návrh koncepce vychází z podrobných průzkumů a obsahuje hodnoty, problémy a limity území včetně vytvoření SWOT analýzy. Grafická část je provázána s textovou, a obsahuje tyto přílohy: Výkres širších vztahů, Výkres současného stavu území, Výkres limitů, hodnot a problémů Výkres urbanistického návrhu území a Dispoziční návrhy ubytovacích zařízení.

The goal of this diploma thesis is creation of passports for recreational areas on the shores of Slapské dam in municipality with extended competence Sedlčany. It also contains urban design of space and functional usage with consideration of its regenaration for area around one of the shores. Another goal is to create concept of facilities, traffic and technical infrastructure and green vegetation. Part of the concept of facilities is inspiration for selection of accommodation facilities. Analysis and design concepts are based on detailed research and contain specific values, problems and limits of areas including SWOT analysis. Grafic part is connected with text one and includes these attachments: Drawing of general relations, Drawing of current area conditions, Drawing of limits, values and problems Drawing of urban area design and layout design of accommodation facilities.
