Vliv chladných střech na městské klima v podmínkách ČR

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou klimatické zátěže urbanizovaných oblastí. Praktická část studie vychází z naměřených hodnot experimentu na třech variantách střešních fólií. Srovnávány jsou: běžná fólie na bázi lepenky, hydroizolační šedá fólie a speciální vysoceodrazivá fólie. Výsledky stanovení radiační a tepelné bilance potvrzují teoretické předpoklady o účinnosti vysoceodrazivé fólie, která snižuje tepelnou zátěž prostředí o desítky procent, což představuje u aglomerací s rozsáhlou střešní plochou značný přínos nejenom na redukci tepelného ostrova a životnost konstrukcí budov, ale i na energetické nároky na klimatizaci objektů. Oproti této "chladné střeše" májí "zelené střechy" řadu výhod (environmentální a estetický efekt), ale výhodou v této práci zkoumané chladné střechy je ekonomické hledisko spojené i s nutností dimenzování celé konstrukce budovy na vyšší zatížení. Odrazivá fólie je finančně dostupnější a je tak zajímavou alternativou a důležitým mezistupněm mezi konvenčními "černými" krytinami a "zelenou střechou", a může proto být pro investory velmi atraktivní.

This thesis deals with the issue of climatic loads of urbanized areas. The practical part is based on measured experimental values on three variants of roof foils. They are compared: conventional cardboard-based foil, waterproof gray foil and special high-shear foils. The results of the radiation and thermal balance confirm the theoretical assumptions about the efficiency of a highly efficient film that reduces the thermal load of the environment by tens of percent, which in the case of agglomerations with a large roof cladding makes a significant contribution not only to the reduction of the thermal island and the lifetime of buildings but also to the energy demands on the air- . Compared to this "cool roof," the "green roof" has a number of advantages, but the advantage of this work is the cold cold roof, which is connected with the economic point of view connected with the necessity of dimensioning the whole structure of the building to a higher load. Reflective film is affordable and is an interesting alternative and an important intermediate step between conventional "black" roofing and "green roofs" and can therefore be very attractive for investors.
