Analýza narušení vzdušných prostorů bezpilotními prostředky

Abstract

Téma bezpilotních systémů je dnešní době velmi aktuální. Práce seznamuje čtenáře s touto problematikou a zároveň poukazuje na fakt, že bezpilotní prostředky nám mohou skvěle sloužit, ale pokud nejsou dodržována pravidla jejich provozu, mohou způsobit velmi vážné situace. Předmětem této práce je analyzovat letecké události, kterých se zúčastnily bezpilotní prostředky. Dále najít způsob, jak se vyhnout narušení vzdušného prostoru a také, jak se bránit, pokud takováto situace nastane. Jako názorný příklad je zde vypracován návrh na obranu oblasti Dolních Vítkovic, po narušení vzdušného prostoru bezpilotním prostředkem.

The issue of unmanned vehicles is very up-to-date. The thesis introduces the issue to the reader while pointing to the fact that unmanned vehicles can serve us greatly but if they do not follow the rules of their operation they are able to cause very serious situations. The aim of the thesis is to analyze aviation occurrences in which unmanned vehicles participated. Further find a way to avoid disturbing airspace and also how to defend itself if such a situation occurs. As an illustrative example, there is a proposal for defending the area of Dolni Vítkovice, following the disruption of airspace by means of an unmanned vehicle.
