Vliv předúprav a čistoty povrchu na adhezi nátěrových hmot

Abstract

V teoretické části této práce jsou popsány mechanické i chemické předúpravy povrchu a jeho čistota. Zabývá se také problematikou nátěrových hmot. Dále jsou v ní uvedeny některé způsoby hodnocení vlastností povrchu a nátěrových hmot. Experimentální část hodnotí vliv různých předúprav a čistoty povrchu na adhezi nátěrových hmot. Nejdůležitějším parametrem sledovaným po předúpravě byla drsnost povrchu. Čistota povrchu byla hodnocena více metodami.

The theoretical part of this thesis describes mechanical and chemical pre-treatments of surface and surface cleanliness. It also deals with the issue of coatings. There are also introduced some ways to evaluate the properties of the surface and coatings. The experimental part evaluates the effect of different pre-treatment and surface cleanliness on the coatings adhesion. The most important parameter monitored after pre-treatment was surface roughness. The surface cleanliness was evaluated by several methods.
