Speciální nátěrové hmoty pro letecké aplikace

Abstract

Diplomová práce vznikla za účelem přiblížení problematiky aplikace nátěrových hmot v letectví, se zaměřením na extrémně namáhané součásti letadel jako jsou náběžné hrany, radary, antény, spojlery a klapky apod. Cílem této práce bylo testovat nátěrový systém proti mechanickému poškození a snížit tak náklady na údržbu, servis a opravy díky tomu, že budeme schopni prodloužit životnost těchto komponent. V experimentální části se práce zabývá návrhem zkoušení nátěrových hmot a podrobení testovacích vzorků jednotlivým zkouškám.

The diploma thesis was developed in order to approach the problems of application of paints in aviation, focusing on extremely stressed parts of aircraft such as leading edges, radars, antennas, spoilers and flaps etc. The aim of this work was to test the paint system against mechanical damage and thus reduce the costs of maintenance, service and repairs due to the fact that we will be able to extend the life of these components. In the experimental part the thesis deals with the design of the testing of paints and the testing of the test samples for individual tests.
