Praha - Letňany - transformace areálu Avia Letňany

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh celkové koncepce prostorového a funkčního uspořádání území s cílem vytvořit novou plnohodnotnou čtvrť uvnitř struktury města s důrazem na detailnější řešení centrálního náměstí. Řešené území se nachází v severní části hlavního města Prahy, a to na ploše původního průmyslového areálu Avia Letňany. Areál je typickým brownfieldem, který v dnešní době prožívá úpadek a využíván je již jen minimálně. Práce je rozčleněna do dvou částí. První obsahuje analýzu stávajícího stavu areálu a návrh nové městské čtvrti. Druhá část je zaměřena na řešení centrálního veřejného prostoru a přilehlých objektů. Součástí návrhu je i specifikace povrchů, volba mobiliáře, návrh druhové skladby zeleně a dopravní a technická infrastruktura.

The subject of the diploma thesis is a proposal of the overall conception of the spatial and functional arrangement of the territory in order to create a new full-fledged area within the structure of the city, with emphasis on the more detailed solution of the central square. The solved territory is located in the northern part of the capital city of Prague, on the area of the formal industrial area Avia Letňany. The area is a typical brownfield, which is currently bankrupt and is used only minimally. The work is divided into two parts. The first contains an analysis of the current state of the site and the design of a new city district. The second part focuses on the solution of the central public space and adjacent objects. Part of the design includes surface specifications, furniture choice, greenhouse design and transport and technical infrastructure.
