It has been developed a model for calculation of outdoor heatings with concrete surrounded pipes under nonsteady term running and near the reality and changing marginal conditions. The results are declarations about the qualification of kinds of operation and essentially constructions. Within that treatment were developed and improved a FEM/CFD model. So the simulation of outdoor heatings is possible with regarding the changing marginal conditions including the expected real weather reports. With that model it is possible to develop the planned construction controlling with the necessary controlling with logical links and statements to the energy expenditure, for each place with knowledge of the expecting climatic conditions.
