Bodové odporové svařování sendvičových plechů

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou bodového odporového zvárania sendvičových kompozitných plechov. Teoretická časť práce popisuje problematiku bodového odporového zvárania a sendvičové materiály novej generácie používané v automobilovom priemysle. Experimentálna časť práce sa zaoberá návrhom a výrobou prípravku pre bodové odporové zváranie sendvičových plechov, odladeniu použiteľných parametrov pre tento nástroj a následným vyhodnotením jednotlivých zvarových spojov pomocou deštruktívnych aj nedeštruktívnych skúšok.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of resistance spot welding of the sandwich composite sheets. Theoretical part of the thesis describes the principles of the resistance spot welding and the new sandwich materials used in automotive industry. Experimental part of the thesis deals with the design and production of the fixture for the resistance spot welding of sandwich composite sheets, then searching of the acceptable parameters for this tool and subsequently evaluating of the welds joint using the desctructive and non-destructive test methods.
