Systém zaměstnaneckých výhod v podniku EMT, s r.o.

Abstract

Prvním cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat benefitní systém ve společnosti EMT, s.r.o. a spokojenost se současným systémem mezi zaměstnanci této společnosti. Dalším cílem je určit náklady na přijetí nového zaměstnance a porovnat to s variantou přidáním nových benefitů stávajícímu zaměstnanci. Teoretická část se zabývá strategií, odměňováním zaměstnanců a benefity ve všeobecné rovině spolu s popisem metod použitých v praktické části práce. Sa-motná analýza benefitního systému společnosti EMT, s.r.o. se nachází v praktické části. Ana-lýza je provedena pomocí dotazníkového šetření v rámci hlavní pobočky v Praze. Z výsledků šetření je provedeno zhodnocení stávající systému a podány návrhy na zlepšení benefitního systému organizace.

The first aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the benefit system in EMT, s.r.o. and satis-faction with the current system among employees of this company. Another goal is to deter-mine the cost of recruiting a new employee and compare it with the option by adding new benefits to an existing employee. The theoretical part deals with strategy, remuneration of employees and benefits in the general level together with description of methods used in the practical part of the thesis. The analysis of the benefits of EMT, s.r.o. is in the practical part. The analysis is carried out through a questionnaire survey within the main base of the com-pany in Prague. The results of the survey are an evaluation of the existing system and pro-posals for improving the organization's benefit system.
