Vývoj tísňové linky 112 a její role v integrovaném záchranném systému

Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma ,,Vývoj tísňové linky 112 a její role v integrovaném záchranném systému" se věnuje problematice související s vývojem tísňové linky 112 v České republice. V teoretické části bylo charakterizováno tísňové volání. Formou rešerše shrnuto legislativní prostředí týkající se přijetí tísňové linky 112. Dále práce poskytuje souhrnné informace týkající se systému tísňového volání v České republice a řešení telefonních center tísňového volání. Jako poslední kapitolou je integrovaný záchranný systém. V praktické části byly formou anonymního dotazníku vyhodnoceny data týkající se vědomostí o lince tísňového volání 112. Zároveň byly použity údaje ze statistických ročenek Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky, o počtu volání na onu linku tísňového volání 112. Hlavním cílem bylo analyzovat, jestli občané České republiky mají povědomí o lince tísňového volání 112, a jestli je tato linka využívaná stejně jako již zažité linky 150, 155, 158. Společně s analýzou bylo navrhnuto, jakým způsobem by se měla vyvíjet propagace.

The Bachelor´s thesis called ´The development of the 112 Emergency Call Number and its role in the Integrated Emergency System´ has been devoted to the issue of the 112 call number and its development in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part characterizes the term of an emergency call using the form of a research to resume the legislative of admission of the 112 call number. The thesis also provides the summary information of the Emergency Call System in the Czech Republic including the Emergency Call Centres. The last chapter deals with the Integrated Emergency System which is part and parcel of the Emergency Call System. In the practical part, the data verifying people´s knowledge about the 112 Emergency Call Number have been evaluated by using a questionnaire anonymously. The data about the amount of 112 call number calls have been taken from the annual statistic resources of The Czech Fire Brigade. The main goal of this thesis has been to analyze the Czech citizens´ knowledge about the 112 Emergency Call Number and if the frequency of using this number for emergency calls is the same as for the numbers already experienced- 150, 155, 158. The ways of the future promotion has been suggested along with the analysis.
