Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta léčeného pomocí eliminačních metod

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče pacienta, který je léčený pomocí jedné z eliminačních metod. Cílem práce je demonstrovat náročnost a úskalí ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta v závažném zdravotním stavu a identifikovat problémy v ošetřovatelské péči. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty základní principy eliminačních metod. Stručně popsány jsou jednotlivé metody, a to včetně indikací. Vzhledem k zaměření praktické části je pozornost věnována některým eliminačním metodám užívaným u pacientů se selháním ledvin, a to zejména hemodialýze. Součástí teoretické části práce je tak popis přístroje užívaného při dialyzačním léčení, uveden je přehled možných cévních vstupů, antikoagulace, ale i rozdělení jednotlivých metod. Práce je dále zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta v pravidelném dialyzačním programu. Praktická část je zpracována kvalitativní formou případové studie, na které je znázorněna problematika ošetřovatelské péče o konkrétního pacienta, který je léčen pomocí jedné z eliminačních metod, konkrétně hemodialýzou.

The bachelor thesis deals with nursing care of a patient who is treated with one of the elimination methods. The aim of the work is to demonstrate the demanding nature and the pitfalls of nursing care of a patient in a serious medical condition and to identify problems in nursing care. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the basic principles of elimination methods. Each individual method is briefly described, including the indications. Given the focus of the practical part, special attention was dedicated to some of the elimination methods applied to patients with renal failure, hemodialysis in particular. Therefore, a description of the device used in dialytic treatment is also included in the theoretical part, as well as an overview of possible vascular inputs, anticoagulation, and the classification of individual methods. The work further focuses on nursing care of a patient in a regular dialysis program. A qualitative case study methodology has been selected as the best approach for the practical part, which demonstrates different aspects of nursing care of a particular patient, who is treated with one of the elimination methods, namely hemodialysis.
