Metody štíhlé výroby

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami štíhlé výroby s cílem definovat její význam a seznámit čtenáře s jejím vznikem, historií a dále přesně popsat jednotlivé metody. V první části práce jednotlivé metody popisuji tak, aby byl čtenáři vysvětlen jejich princip a byl krátce seznámen s jejich samotnou historií. Tato část tedy představuje především metody a formy jak zefektivnit výrobu podniku. V druhé části práce je představen postup implementace metody na imaginární firmu, s cílem vytvořit doporučení, jak být na trhu efektivní, konkurenceschopný a mít co nejnižší náklady. V dnešní době se totiž firma snaží být na trhu dlouhodobě zisková, růst a expanzí firmy maximalizovat příjmy a minimalizovat náklady. Firemní zisk umožňuje tvorbu zdrojů, investic a napomáhá technickému rozvoji firem.

The bachelor thesis deals with methods of lean production with the aim of defining its importance and acquainting the reader with its origin, history and also to describe the individual methods. The first part of the individual method describes the reader's explanation of their principle and was briefly acquainted with their own history. This part represents, above all, methods and forms of how to make production more efficient. The second part introduces the implementation of the imaginary firm method to create recommendations on how to be effective, competitive, and at the lowest cost. Nowadays, the company is trying to keep the company's profit, growth and expansion on the market for a long time to maximize revenue and minimize costs. Company profits enable resource creation, investment, and help the company's technical development.
