Vznik plastického kloubu u nosníku

Abstract

Při tříbodém ohybu nosníku dochází po překročení meze elasticity k šíření trvalých deformací a vzniku plastického kloubu. Tato práce se zabývá šířením těchto deformací. Byl proveden experiment, deformace na nosníku byly změřeny pomocí metody digitální korelace obrazu. Problém byl analyzován různými metodami výpočtu (ideálně plastický materiál, materiál se zpevněním, s posouzením vlivu smykových napětí i bez nich). Rovněž byly posouzeny rozdíly mezi výpočty a změřenou hodnotou kritické síly, a jejich možná příčina.

When bending stress on outer fiber of a beam exceeds yield stress during three point bending test, non-reversible plastic deformation starts to spread, and formation of plastic hinge begins. This thesis deals with spread of these non-reversible deformations. Strains were measured by digital image correlation during three point bending test. The issue was also analysed by different means of analytic calculation (ideally elastic-plastic material, material with strain hardening, influence of shear stress). Differences between calculation and measurement, and reason for them, are examined as well.
