Psychologické aspekty práce příslušníka PČR

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je věnována psychologickým aspektům příslušníků Policie ČR. Konkrétně je práce zaměřena na přítomnost stresu, frustrace, demotivace v pracovním životě policistů, které mohou vést až k rozvoji syndromu vyhoření. Přítomnost stresových faktorů je zřejmá, vzhledem k náročnosti profese a značné přítomnosti psychického zatížení. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována vysvětlení základních pojmů jako je stres, stresové faktory, příznaky stresu, se zaměřením na policejní stres s přiblížením práce policisty, specifikací policejní práce. V práci popisujeme i syndrom vyhoření, jeho stadia, příznaky, prevence a možné zvládání již rozvinutého syndromu. Výzkumná část se věnuje cílům bakalářské práce a námi předem definovaným hypotézám, které budeme verifikovat, či falzifikovat za pomoci zjištěných informací, které jsme získali díky anonymnímu nestandardizovanému dotazníku. Tento byl distribuován mezi příslušníky Policie ČR. Šetření je zaměřeno na zjištění přítomnosti stresu, příznaků syndromu vyhoření, dostatečné motivace, či demotivace u příslušníků Policie ČR. Zjištěné informace z šetření jsou použity k navržení možných opatření, pro eliminaci stresových a demotivačních faktorů pro výkon povolání u Policie ČR. Získaná data jsou pro lepší přehlednost zpracována do tabulek a grafů. V diskuzi je provedena komparace zjištěných poznatků s výsledky autorů, kteří se věnovali stejné problematice.

The Bachelor thesis studies psychological aspects of work of members of the Police of the Czech Republic. In particular, the thesis focuses on the occurrence of stress, frustration and demotivation in the working life of policemen, which may lead up to the development of burn-out syndrome. The occurrence of stress factors is obvious, taking into account the demanding nature of the profession and the considerable presence of psychical strain. The thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part explains basic concepts such as stress, stress factors and stress symptoms, concentrating on the police stress while describing the job of a policeman and outlining specific features of the police work. The thesis also describes the burn-out syndrome, including its stages, symptoms and prevention, and outlines possible ways of managing the developed syndrome. The research part follows the objectives of the bachelor thesis and our pre-defined hypotheses, which we will verify or falsify using the information ascertained by means of an anonymous non-standardized questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed among members of the Police of the CR. The survey researches into the occurrence of stress, burn-out syndrome symptoms, sufficient motivation or demotivation in members of the Police of the CR. The data collected in the survey are used to suggest possible measures to eliminate stressful and demotivation factors for the performance of the profession in the Police of the CR. The data acquired are arranged in tables and graphs for clarity purposes. The discussion part offers a comparison of the facts found with the results published by authors who have explored the same topic.
