Analýza policejních postupů při řešení případů domácího násilí

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje zkoumání postupů Policie v situacích domácího násilí a analýze efektivity boje Policie ČR jakožto prvního pilíře s daným deliktem. V teoretické části jsou popisovány znaky, formy a příčiny domácího násilí. Dále je uveden popis osoby násilné a osoby ohrožené. Následuje přehled metod a způsobů jednání s osobou násilnou a ohroženou na místě činu. Zmapován byl také rozsah následků a dopadů domácího násilí na život a psychiku oběti. Práce se také zabývá institutem vykázání a jeho charakteristikou, právní úpravou a popisem jednotlivých policejních činností a úkonů při zjištění domácího násilí a realizaci tohoto institutu Policií České republiky. Praktická část je věnována kvantitativnímu šetření efektivity právní úpravy, zaměřené na problematiku domácího násilí a také dotazníkovému šetření v souvislosti s aplikováním institutu vykázání v praxi. Cílem je přiblížit a osvětlit policejní činnosti v souvislosti s domácím násilím.

A This Bachelor thesis focuses on examining methods of the Police in situations of domestic violence and analysing the efficiency of the struggle of the Police of the Czech Republic as the first pillar against this offence. In the theoretical part, the characteristics, forms and reasons of domestic violence are described. Also, a description of the violent person and of the endangered person is provided. Then, an overview of methods and ways of dealing with the violet person and the endangered person on site follows. Also, a range of consequences and incidences of domestic violence on the life and psyche of a victim was mapped. The thesis addresses also the institution of banishment and its characteristics, the legal regulation and description of particular police activities and acts upon finding domestic violence and the implementation of this institution by the Police of the Czech Republic. The practical part deals with a quantitative examination of the efficiency of the legal regulation focused on the problem of domestic violence and also with a questionnaire survey in connection with the implementation of the institution of banishment in practise. The object is to describe and explain the police work in connection with domestic violence.
