Výcvik policistů územního odboru Kladno na mimořádnou událost - útok aktivního střelce

Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem ,,Výcvik policistů územního odboru Kladno na mimořádnou událost - útok aktivního střelce" pojednává o tom, jakým způsobem v současné době k výcviku dochází. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy týkající se aktivního střelce, včetně souboru typových činností a nejzávažnějších případů útoků ze světa a České republiky. V praktické části dochází k vyhodnocení dat formou tabulek a grafů, získaných z dotazníkového šetření mezi policisty územního odboru Kladno. V druhé části je proveden rozhovor s metodikem a instruktory výcviku pro účely vyhodnocení hypotéz. V neposlední řadě je v práci uvedena SWOT analýza a navrhnutá opatření pro případná zkvalitnění výcviku příslušníků územního odboru Kladno na mimořádnou událost útoku aktivního střelce.

The present thesis, as its name " Training of the Kladno Territorial Unit Police Officers for an Emergency Event - Attack of an Active Shooter" suggests, deals with the way in which the members of Kladno Police Department are being trained for these situations at the moment. The theoretical part of the thesis contains definitions of important concepts related to dealing with dangerous gunmen, including an overview of typical police activities in such situations and an examination of the most notorious cases from the Czech Republic and abroad. In the practical part of the thesis, data gathered from questionnaires filled out by Kladno policemen are analysed and the results are presented in the form of charts and graphs. This part of the thesis also includes interviews with an expert on this kind of situations and with the instructors who carry out this kind of training. Last but not least, the thesis contains a SWOT analysis and recommendations for the improvement of the training practices used by Kladno Police Department to prepare its members for emergency situations that involve a dangerous gunman.
