Institut domácího násilí a jeho význam z hlediska policejní praxe

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku institutu domácího násilí a jeho významu z hlediska policejní praxe. V teoretické části je charakterizováno samotné domácí násilí, identifikace ohrožených a násilných osob, včetně vlivu násilí na přítomné děti. Jsou uvedeny a rozebrány jednotlivé formy násilí, jeho příčina a dynamika. V práci je komplexně sepsán ucelený pohled na danou problematiku jako celospolečenského fenoménu. Dále jsou uvedeny okolnosti kolem zakotvení institutu vykázání, jakožto právního nástroje, do legislativy České republiky a samotný postup příslušníků Policie České republiky při řešení incidentů se znaky domácího násilí. Praktická výzkumná část se věnuje stanoveným cílům a předem definovaným hypotézám, které budou verifikovány nebo falzifikovány za pomocí zjištěných dat, získaných z odpovědí na nestandardizovaný anonymní dotazník. Dotazník byl distribuován mezi oběti domácího násilí různého věku či vzdělání prostřednictvím intervenčního centra. Výzkumné šetření bylo zaměřeno na zjištění nejčastějších forem a příčin páchání domácího násilí, jeho délky v partnerském vztahu či na přítomnost dětí u projevů násilí. Získaná data jsou znázorněna číselně i graficky pro lepší přehlednost. V diskuzi bude provedena komparace výsledků s výsledky jiných výzkumníků, kteří se zabývali stejnou problematikou. V samotném závěru bude uvedeno souhrnné zhodnocení vypracované bakalářské práce.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the problem of the institute of domestic violence and its significance from the point of view of police practice. In the theoretical part there are specifications of domestic violence, the identification of threatened and violent persons and the influence of violence on children. All Individual forms of violence, its causes and dynamics are presented and analyzed. The work is comprehensively compiled a comprehensive view of the issue as a whole-society phenomenon. The circumstances surrounding the establishment of the Institute of Recognition, as a legal instrument, into the legislation of the Czech Republic and the practice of members of the Police of the Czech Republic in dealing with incidents with signs of domestic violence are listed below. The practical research part focuses on set goals and predefined hypotheses that will be verified or falsified using the data obtained from the answers to a non-standardized anonymous questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed among victims of domestic violence of different ages or education through an intervention center. The research was focused on identifying the most common forms and causes of domestic violence, its duration in a partnership relationship, or the presence of children in violence. The data obtained is shown numerically and graphically for better clarity. In the discussion we will compare the results with the results of other researchers who have dealt with the same issues. In conclusion, the summary of the bachelor thesis will be presented.
