Vykázání jako nástroj proti domácímu násilí v ČR

Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma ,,Vykázání jako nástroj proti domácímu násilí v ČR" se zabývá problematikou domácího násilí a institutem vykázání. V teoretické části je pozornost věnována popisu jeho znaků, forem a příčin, vývoji z hlediska historického a generačního, a zaměřuje se na právní úpravu tohoto problému. Práce obsahuje rozbor jednotlivých účastníků domácího násilí. Je zde objasněn institut vykázání a jeho implementace do praxe ze strany Policie ČR. V práci jsou popsány následky domácího násilí, a to jak v rovině přestupkové, tak i v rovině trestněprávní. Také jsou zde vyjmenovány a popsány organizace, které pomáhají obětem domácího násilí. Cílem výzkumu je provedení odborné analýzy konkrétních případů z policejní praxe a srovnání statistických údajů získaných ze zdrojů Policie ČR a intervenčního centra. Praktická část je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části je provedena odborná analýza pěti kazuistik z praxe vybraného obvodního oddělení policie. V druhé části jsou formou přehledných grafů srovnány statistické údaje získané ze zdrojů Policie ČR a intervenčního centra z let 2016 a 2017. Stanovené hypotézy jsou následně verifikovány či falzifikovány na základě výsledků statistického srovnání. Výsledky práce jsou zhodnoceny v kapitole Diskuze.

The bachelor thesis on the topic "Banishment as an instrument against domestic violence in the Czech Republic" deals with the issue of domestic violence and the institute of banishment. In the theoretical part, attention is paid to the description of its features, forms and causes, development from the historical and generation point of view, and it focuses on legal regulation of this problem. The thesis contains an analysis of individual participants of domestic violence. The institute of banishment and its implementation into practice by the Police of the Czech Republic is clarified here. The thesis describes the consequences of domestic violence, both at infraction and at criminal level. Organisations helping victims of domestic violence are listed and described herein as well. The aim of the research is to perform an expert analysis of specific cases from police practice and to compare statistical data obtained from the resources of the Police of the Czech Republic and an intervention centre. The practical part is divided into two parts. In the first part, an expert analysis of five case reports from the practice of a selected district police department is performed. The second part compares, in the form of synoptical graphs, statistical data obtained from the resources of the Police of the Czech Republic and an intervention centre for the years 2016 and 2017. Established hypotheses are subsequently verified or falsified based on results of statistical comparison. The results of the thesis are evaluated in the chapter Discussion.
