Problematika první posádky na místě hromadného neštěstí z pohledu Zdravotnické záchranné služby

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou prvních posádek Zdravotnické záchranné služby na místě hromadného neštěstí. Teoretická část popisuje obecnou terminologii a aktuální poznatky z dané problematiky, včetně současné teoreticko-praktické přípravy posádek na hromadné neštěstí a součinnosti prvních posádek Zdravotnické záchranné služby s ostatními zasahujícími složkami Integrovaného záchranného systému. Empirická část se věnuje vyhodnocení nashromážděných výsledků z dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů, jehož respondenty jsou pracovníci výjezdových stanovišť Zdravotnické záchranné služby Středočeského kraje, oblast Beroun. Cílem provedeného šetření je zjistit, jak posádky na základě přípravy na hromadné neštěstí tuto problematiku vnímají, zda jsou si vědomy rizik, která jim na místě HN potenciálně hrozí, jak tyto reflektují, případně zda má takovýto zásah na posádky psychologické dopady. Dalším předmětem šetření je zjistit, zda příprava přináší v praxi zlepšení postupů, reakceschopnosti a efektivity práce posádek, případně zda do problematiky přináší některá další pozitiva či negativa. Výstupem práce je návrh doporučení ke zlepšení systému přípravy posádek Zdravotnické záchranné služby Středočeského kraje.

The Bachelor's thesis focuses on first responders of the emergency medical services during mass casualty incidents. The theoretical part describes the general terminology and current knowledge related to this issue. It also includes the current theoretical and practical preparation of the first responders for mass casualty incidents. Next, this part also deals with the coordination of the emergency medical responders with other organizations within the emergency services. The empirical part evaluates the results obtained from the questionnaire survey and interviews. The respondents were employees of the EMS stations in the Central Bohemia Region (Beroun area). The aim of the research is to determine the perspective of the first responders on this issue based on their preparation for mass casualty incidents. The research also tries to establish whether they are aware of the risks that can occur at the mass casualty incident and how they reflect these risks. Furthermore, the thesis attempts to find out whether operations during such incidents have psychological impacts on the responders. Next objective is to identify whether preparation brings practical improvements in procedures, responsiveness and efficiency of the responders' work and whether there are other positive and negative aspects. The output of the thesis proposes recommendations to improve the preparation system of the first responders of the emergency medical services in the Central Bohemia Region.
