Problematika nástražných výbušných systémů z kriminalisticko taktického hlediska

Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma: ,,Problematika nástražných výbušných systémů z kriminalisticko-taktického hlediska" se zabývá problematikou nástražných výbušných systémů z pohledu kriminalistiky, a to hlavně v souvislosti s vyvoláním mimořádné události a následným společným zásahem složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Zejména se věnuje vyšetřování trestné činnosti spojené s falešným oznámením o uložení nástražného výbušného systému v nějakém objektu. V teoretické části je charakterizován fenomén současné doby nazývaný terorismus, teroristické skupiny jako hlavní subjekty spojené s užíváním nástražných výbušných systémů; charakteristika nástražných výbušných systémů, jejich složení, dělení, iniciace a likvidace; definice mimořádné události spojené s hrozbou použití takovýchto systémů a postup složek integrovaného záchranného systému u takových typů mimořádných událostí. Závěr teoretické části je zaměřen na seznámení s problematikou vyšetřování trestné činnosti spojené s šířením poplašné zprávy. Praktická část se věnuje kazuistice. Jsou zde popsány tři případy z praxe, u kterých je vyhodnocen postup složek IZS a následně sestavena metodická pomůcka k provádění šetření v této specifické trestné činnosti. V závěru je shrnut výsledek tohoto cíle.

The bachelor thesis "The Issue of Explosive Systems from Criminalistic-tactical Aspect" deals with the problem of explosive systems from the point of view of forensic science, especially in connection with the induction of an extraordinary event, and the subsequent joint intervention of the integrated rescue system. In particular, it deals with criminal investigations connected to a dales announcement of an explosive system location in some object. The theoretical part describes the nowadays phenomenon called terrorism, terrorist groups as the main subjects associated with the use of explosive systems, characteristics of explosive systems, their composition, division, initiation and disposal; the definition of an emergency situation related to th threat of using such systems, and the actions of the Integrated Rescue System for such types of emergencies. The conclusion of the theoretical part is focused on the introduction to investigation of criminal activities related to scaremongering. The practical part deals with case studies. There are three examples of case studies describing the actions of the Integrated Rescue System and subsequently there is the methodological guidance to carry out investigations in this specific criminal activity. In conclusion, the result of this goal is summed up.
