Úkoly letecké služby Policie České republiky v rámci ochrany obyvatelstva

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je popis úkolů Letecké služby Policie České republiky v rámci ochrany obyvatelstva. V teoretické části jsou prvotně vymezeny základní pojmy, které se vztahují k Letecké službě Policie České republiky a ochraně obyvatelstva. Dále je vymezena legislativa, která se vztahuje k danému tématu. Součástí je také historie této služby a její technika, kterou nyní Letecká služba disponuje. Důležitou kapitolou v teoretické části je o Policii České republiky a její struktuře. V praktické části jsou porovnány statistiky počtu letů uskutečněných Leteckou službou Policie České republiky mezi lety 2014 a 2017 a jejich celkové vyhodnocení. Součástí praktické části je také komparace s obdobnými službami v Německu a na Slovensku. Dále byly uskutečněny rozhovory s pracovníky Letecké služby Policie České republiky, konkrétně s operačním dispečinkem. Na základně získaných poznatků a z rozhovorů je vypracována SWOT analýza, na základě, které jsou navržena opatření.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the tasks of the Aviation of the Police of the Czech Republic in the field of Population Protection. The theoretical section of the thesis first focuses on describing the basic concepts and terms related to the Czech Police Aviation and the protection of the population. In the following section, the legislation related to this topic is defined. The thesis also includes the history of this service and its current equipment. An important chapter of the theoretical part is about the Czech Republic Police and its structure. The practical part compares the statistics of numbers of flights conducted by the Czech Police Aviation between 2014 and 2017, and their overall evaluation. The practical part also compares the Czech Police Aviation with similar services in Germany and Slovakia. Furthermore, an interview with staff of the Czech Police Aviation was conducted, specifically with the operators of the control centre. On the base of the obtained knowledge and the interview, an SWOT analysis was performed.
