Analýza rizik firmy Mifer s.r.o. a návrh řešení konkrétních krizových postupů pro nejvýraznější hrozby

Abstract

Základním určením této práce je zpracovat analýzu rizik podniku Mifer s.r.o. ve vztahu k vnitřním a vnějším vlivům objektu. Jedná se o podnik s různými výrobními technologiemi, kdy během narušení jejich správného procesu hrozí vznik mimořádných událostí s negativním dopadem na hodnoty firmy včetně jejích zaměstnanců, okolní prostředí a majetek. V teoretické části byly zmíněny souvztažnosti z oblasti analýzy rizik nutné k praktickému naplnění. Druhou polovinu pak tvoří všeobecné informace o podniku důležité ke zpracování analýzy rizik a současná havarijní dokumentace. Po definování možných zdrojů rizik pro podnik byl vybrán software nástroj pro zpracování jejich analýzy zvaný Riskan. Tato metoda byla zvolena hlavně pro svou flexibilitu a možnost nastavení všech potřebných hodnot na míru podniku Mifer s.r.o. Číselné výsledky jednotlivých rizik jsou finální podobou výpočtů z primárních údajů o hrozbách, chráněných zájmů a jejich ohodnocení. Z výsledků analýzy rizik vyplynula nejzávažnější rizika, která byla dále samostatně detailněji rozebrána. K těmto nejvýznamnějším rizikům byly zpracovány krizové postupy pro efektivní řešení v případě jejich vzniku. Součástí výsledků práce jsou návrhy na nové protiopatření a komparace s výsledkem analýzy rizik po jejich případném zavedení.

The basic aim of this work is to prepare a risk analysis of company called Mifer Ltd. with respect to its internal and external impacts and effects. It is a company working with various production technologies. If these technologies and their due processes are impaired, there is a risk of occurrence of emergency events which would have a negative impact on the company and its values including its employees, the environment and property. The theoretical part deals with correlations from the risk analysis that must be fulfilled in practice. The other part contains general information about the company that are necessary for preparation of the risk analysis as well as the present emergency situation documents. The software tool for elaboration of the analysis of possible risk sources called Riskan was chosen after identification of the possible risk sources of the company. This method was selected mainly for its flexibility and possibility to set the necessary values precisely for the company Mifer Ltd. The results and the numbers describing the individual risks are final calculations from the primary data concerning threats, protected interests and their evaluation. The most serious risks arose from the risk analysis. They were further separately discussed in detail. Emergency measures and procedures for the effective solution of these most significant risks in case of their occurrence were prepared. Proposals of new countermeasures and comparison with the results of the risk analysis after their possible implementation are part of the outcome of the thesis.
