Analýza rizik podniku Zbirovia a.s. ve Zbiroze

Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma Analýza rizik podniku Zbirovia, a. s. ve Zbiroze, se zabývá problematikou hrozeb a ohrožení výše zmíněného objektu. Podnik patří mezi hlavní české výrobce ručního řemeslnického nářadí a výkovků. Cílem práce je analýza nejvýznamnějších rizik a nalezení nástrojů k jejich zamezení. Teoretická část je soustředěna na definice základních pojmů spojených s tématem bakalářské práce, na analýzu rizik a její metody. Zároveň se v této části nachází legislativní vymezení této problematiky. Závěr teoretické části práce je zaměřený na detailní popis analyzovaného objektu. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou rizik pomocí softwarových nástrojů. Dle výsledků z programu Riskan, byla jako nejzávažnější rizika vyhodnocena požár a krádež. Tyto hrozby byly dále popsány, rozebrány a na jejich eliminaci byla navržena opatření. V softwarovém nástroji TerEx byla vytvořena simulace na únik acetylenu. Výsledky analýz jsou prezentovány pomocí tabulek, grafu a samostatnou modelací úniku látky.

This bachelor's thesis - "The Risk Analysis of Zbirovia, a. s. Factory in Zbiroh," focuses on analyzing the above mentioned company, and its risks and threads. The end goal of this thesis is analyzing the most common threats and their prevention. Zbirovia PLC is among leading companies in the tool and swage field. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on definitions and key terms related to this bachelor's thesis, threat analysis and methods. However, it also contains legislative terms regarding this issue. The final section of this thesis is dedicated to detailed description of the company. The practical part focuses on analysis through software tools. According to results generated by Riskan, software program used for this thesis, it was determined that fire and theft were the highest threats. Both issues were further described, analyzed and suggestions on how to eliminate them had been proposed. TerEx, software tool, was used for acetylene leak simulation. The results of the analysis are described through graphs, tables and the software simulation.
