Karcinom děložního čípku, porovnání léčby a výsledků

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je léčba pacientek s karcinomem děložního čípku. Budu se věnovat porovnání léčby a výsledků u několika případů. Teoretická část bude pojednávat o anatomii ženského pohlavního ústrojí, diagnostice a principu zobrazovacích metod zhoubného bujení čípku děložního, klinice, terapii, prevenci a dispenzarizaci žen s karcinomem čípku děložního. Bude zde uvedena anatomie čípku děložního, klinické příznaky a dispenzarizace. V praktické části budou na konkrétních kazuistikách srovnány výsledky léčby u pacientek radikálně léčených konkomitantní kombinovanou chemoradioterapií (tzn. teleradioterapí, brachyterapií i chemoterapií), léčených pouze zevním zářením a brachyterapií bez chemoterapie, léčených zevním ozářením s chemoterapií a léčených samostatnou teleradioterapií. V závěru se soustředím na zhodnocení výsledků léčby jednotlivých pacientek, podle stádia onemocnění a druhu terapie, kterou podstoupily.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the treatment of patients with cervical carcinoma. I will be comparing treatment and results in several cases. The theoretical part will deal with the anatomy of the female genital tract, diagnostics and the principle of imaging methods of malignant uterine cervix, clinic, therapy, prevention and dispensarization of women with cervical cancer. There will be mentioned anatomy of the cervix, clinical symptoms and dispensarization. In the practical part will be compared in some case studies, the particular results of the treatment in patients treated radically with concomitant combined chemoradiotherapy (ie, by teleradiotherapy, brachytherapy and chemotherapy), treated only with external radiation and chemotherapy-free brachytherapy, treated with external radiation chemotherapy and treated with separate teleradiotherapy. The conclusion will deal with the evaluation of the results of individual patients' treatment, according to the stage of the disease and the type of therapy what they underwent.
