dc.description.abstract | Infekce močových cest (IMC) patří k velice častým infekcím dětského věku (až 8% dívek a 2% chlapců ve věku do 8 let). Infekce horních cest močových (např. akutní pyelonefritida) můžou vést k tvorbě jizev, hypertenzi a chronickému onemocnění ledvin. | cze |
dc.description.abstract | Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are one of the most common pediatric infections (up to 8 % of girls and 2 % of boys under the age of 8). Upper urinary tract infections (e.g. acute pyleonephritis) can lead to scarring, hypertension and chronic kidney disease. My thesis deals with the most common urinary tract infection agents in children born with and without congenital disorder of uropoetic system. In our study we have retrospectively evaluated diagnostics, etiology and UTIs antibiotic therapy in the group of 144 children hospitalized in pediatric and adolescent medicine clinic between 2016 and 2017. The most common etiologic agent of UTIs are Escherichia coli (according to Edlin RS publication, 2013), followed by Psedomanonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae. | eng |
