Histologická stavba zdravé plíce v porovnání s patologickým obrazem adenokarcinomu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce ,,Histologická stavba zdravé plíce v porovnání s patologickým obrazem adenokarcinomu" se v první části zabývá anatomickým popisem stavby plic, jakožto součásti dýchacího systému a dále histologickou stavbou dýchacího systému - obecným principem stavby stěny dýchacích cest, buňkami epitelu dýchacích cest a popisem mukociliárního čistícího mechanismu. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na problematiku plicních karcinomů, v prvé řadě na obecný princip kancerogeneze, epidemiologii plicních karcinomů a jejich klasifikaci se zaměřením na adenokarcinom. Jsou zmíněny jeho příčiny vzniku, klinické příznaky a histologický, či cytologický obraz nádoru s jeho imunohistochemickým profilem. Část práce je také věnována algoritmu využívanému při diagnostice tohoto typu nádoru. Praktická část kopíruje vyšetřovací algoritmus. Popsána je jak příprava histologického a cytologického preparátu pomocí základních i speciálních histochemických barvících metod: Hematoxylin-eosin, AZAN, Orcein, Alciánová modř, ale i metody imunohistochemické a cytologické, sloužící k upřesnění diferenciální diagnostiky výše popsaného onemocnění.

Bachelor thesis "Histological structure of a healthy lung compared to the pathological image of an adenocarcinoma" deals with the anatomical description of the lung as a part of the respiratory system, histological structure of the respiratory system -general principle of airways wall structure, cell types of the airway epithelium, and description of the mucociliary clearance mechanism. The second part of the thesis focuses on the problems of pulmonary carcinomas, primary the general principle of carcinogenesis, epidemiology of lung carcinomas and their classification, especially adenocarcinoma. There are mentioned causes clinical signs and histological, cytological and immunohistochemical picture of the tumor. Part of the thesis is also devoted to the strategic algorithm used in the diagnosis of this type of tumor. The practical part copies the investigation algorithm. The histological and cytological samples are described using basic and special staining methods, such as Hematoxylin-eosin, AZAN, Orcein, Alcian blue, as well as immunohistochemical and cytological methods used in differential diagnostics of above listed tumor type.
