Vliv pohybové aktivity s využitím gymnastických kruhů na stabilitu lopatky

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce zhodnocení vlivu zařazení pohybové aktivity s využitím gymnastických kruhů do cvičební jednotky, která se zaměřuje na odstranění funkčních poruch souvisejících se stabilitou lopatky. Teoretická část této práce obsahuje informace o anatomii, kineziologii, stabilitě, funkčních poruchách souvisejících s lopatkou a celkově s pletencem ramenním. Dále popsání gymnastických kruhů jako závěsný systém a způsob jeho využití. Ve speciální části jsou popsány kazuistiky 4 probandů rozdělených do skupiny nesportovců a výkonnostních sportovců, kritéria jejich výběru byla přítomnost funkčních poruchy pohybového aparátu související s narušením stability lopatky nebo funkcí celého pletence ramenního. Pak jsou zde popsány ukázky cvičebních jednotek sestavěných na základě vstupního kineziologického rozboru. K objektivizaci a zároveň k vyhodnocení bakalářské práce slouží porovnání vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru probandů zmíněných skupin. Získané výsledky jsou zhodnoceny v diskuzi a závěru.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the effect of incorporating physical activity whith use of gymnastic rings into an exercise unit that focuses on eliminating functional impairment associated with the shoulder blade stability. The theoretical part of the thesis contains information about anatomy, kinesiology, stability, and functional impairments of the shoulder blade and the shoulder knot overall. It also describes the gymnastic rings as a suspension training system and ways of using it. In the body of this work, there are case reports of four probands divided into groups of performance athlete and non-athletes, the criteria of their selection were a presence of a functional impairment of the musculoskeletal system associated with the shoulder blade stability impairment or the functional impairment of the shoulder knot as a whole. There are also demonstrations of exercise units based on the initial kinesiological analysis. The comparison of the initial and final kinesiological analysis of the probands serves for objectivization and evaluation of the bachelor thesis. The obtained results are evaluated in the discussion and final section.
