Fyzioterapie u pacientů se syndromem karpálního tunelu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá léčbou syndromu karpálního tunelu fyzioterapeutickými metodami a problematikou samotné diagnózy. Záměrem je podat komplexní informace k tomuto onemocnění, vytvořit a realizovat vhodný rehabilitační plán a objektivně i subjektivně zhodnotit efekt konzervativní terapie u jednotlivých pacientů. V teoretické části se pojednává stručně o anatomii, kineziologii a biomechanice zápěstí. Pro komplexní pohled na problematiku syndromu karpálního tunelu jsou zde zahrnuty i kapitoly o ergonomii, funkci ruky, jemné motorice, úchopu a somatosenzorice. Hlavní část tvoří souhrnné teoretické informace o syndromu karpálního tunelu. Přesněji definice tohoto onemocnění, jeho historické aspekty, epidemiologie, klinický obraz, patofyziologie, etiologie, diferenciální diagnostika a diagnostika syndromu karpálního tunelu, jeho prevence a dosavadní léčebné postupy. Součástí bakalářské práce je i kapitola metodika, kde jsou popsány vyšetřovací metody a terapeutické postupy, které byly při vyšetření a terapii použity. Speciální část obsahuje podrobné vstupní vyšetření tří pacientů, popis jednotlivých terapií a následné výstupní vyšetření. Získané výsledky jsou na základě vyhodnocených dat zpracovány písemným sdělením, dále formou tabulek a dotazníků v kapitole výsledky.

The bachelor paper deals with both the treatment of the carpal tunnel syndrome through physiotherapeutic methods as well as with the diagnosis itself. The aim of this work is to provide complex information on this condition, to create and implement a suitable rehabilitation plan and to objectively and subjectively evaluate the effect of conservative therapy in individual patients. The theoretical part briefly describes the anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the wrist. To get a comprehensive view on this carpal tunnel condition, the paper also includes chapters on ergonomics, hand function, fine motor skills, a grip and somatosensory functions. The major part is created by summarised theoretical information on the carpal tunnel syndrome. It also includes more specific definitions of this condition, its historical aspects, epidemiology, clinical image, pathophysiology, ethology, deferential diagnostics and a diagnostics of the carpal tunnel syndrome, its prevention and contemporary therapeutic procedures. One part of the bachelor paper includes a chapter on methodology which describes the examination methods and therapeutic procedures employed within an assessment and a therapy. A special part contains detailed initial assessment of three patients, a description of individual therapies and a subsequent final assessment. The acquired results are, based on the data evaluated, processed through a written form, as well as through a form of charts and questionnaires included in the chapter "Results".
