Srovnání plantografického vyšetření u pacientů se skoliózou

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je porovnání plantografického měření před a po zahájení terapie pomocí INFINITY method(R) u pacientů trpících skoliózou. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a kineziologie páteře, stabilita a hluboký stabilizační systém páteře. Dále kapitola pojednává o skolióze. Je zde popsána její charakteristika, rozdělení, nejčastější typy skolióz a možnosti operativní a konzervativní léčby. V metodice jsou zmíněny vyšetřovací metody a terapeutický postup, který je využit v praktické části. Pojednává se zde také o plantografii, včetně popisu přístroje. Speciální část obsahuje čtyři kazuistiky pacientů se skoliózou, kteří absolvovali rehabilitační pobyt v RÚ Brandýs nad Orlicí. Jsou zde vypracovány vstupní a výstupní kineziologické rozbory, vstupní měření na plantografické desce a průběh terapeutických jednotek. Výsledky zahrnují výstupní měření na plantografické desce a zhodnocení změn od vstupního rozboru. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou stručně zhodnoceny výsledky a efekt terapie.

The bachelor thesis compares the plantographic measurement in patients suffering from scoliosis before and after the introduction of the INFINITY rehabilitation method. The theoretical section describes the anatomy and kinesiology of the spine, its stability and deep core stabilisation system. Furthermore it describes scoliosis and discusses its characteristics, distribution and the most common types of scoliosis, and investigates the possibilities of surgery and conservative treatment. The methodology discusses methods of examination and the therapeutic procedure, which is supported by the practical part. The plantography examination method is discussed, which includes a description of the measuring device. The special section consists of four case studies of patients with scoliosis who have undergone physiotherapy in RU Brandýs nad Orlicí. The kinesiological input and output is investigated, with input measurements of the plantographic plate and the progress of the therapeutic units. The results include output measurements of the plantographic plate and evaluation of the differences from the input analysis. In conclusion, the thesis evaluates the results and the effect of the therapy.
