Možnosti využití východní medicíny v rehabilitaci po333.hybového ústrojí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat využitím indické masáže Dátá snéhan při léčbě onemocnění pohybového ústrojí a porovnáním se současnou západní medicínou pro zhodnocení efektivity a užitečnosti této metody. Bakalářská práce bude rozdělena na tři části s názvy Současný stav, Metodika a Speciální část. V kapitole Současný stav bude stručný úvod do ájurvédy a bude zde samotný popis indické masáže Dátá snéhan, který bude obsahovat principy, postupy a indikace masáže. Dále budou popsány diagnózy pacientů, kteří budou léčeni pomocí Dátá snéhan, jako jsou například Syndrom zamrzlého ramene nebo bolest zad v bederní oblasti. Dále zde budou popsány diagnózy neurologického charakteru na podkladě funkční poruchy pohybového systému, kam se řadí úžinové syndromy, konkrétně Syndrom karpálního tunelu. Kapitola Metodika bude popisovat podrobný popis metod, které budou využity při terapii všech pacientů. Ve Speciální části práce se bude pracovat se dvěma skupinami pacientů, kteří mají navzájem podobné diagnózy. První skupina bude léčena pomocí indické masáže Dátá snéhan a druhá skupina současnými fyzioterapeutickými metodami. Ve Výsledcích budou zhodnoceny oba přístupy a porovnána jejich efektivita.

This bachelor thesis will deal with the use of Indian massage Dátá snéhan in the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and its comparison with contemporary Western medicine. Aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness and usefulness of Dátá snéhan. The text will be divided into three parts, titled Current state, Methodology and Special part. The Current Status chapter will contain a brief introduction to Ayurveda, and a description of the Indian Massage Dátá snéhan, including principles, procedures and indications of massage. Diagnosis of patients treated with Dátá snéhan, such as Frozen Shoulder Syndrome or lumbar spine pain, will be described. Furthermore, diagnosis of neurological character will be described based on a functional disorder of locomotor system, which includes entrapment neuropathies syndromes, namely Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. In the Methodology chapter will be a detailed description of the methods to be used in the therapy of all patients. In the Special section of the thesis, we will work with two groups of patients who have similar diagnoses. The first group will be treated using Indian Massage Dátá snéhan and the other group with contemporary physiotherapy methods. The Results chapter will evaluate both approaches and compare their effectiveness.
