Objektivizace posturálních změn po rehabilitační léčbě s INFINITY method(R) u pacientů s VAS

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení posturálních změn po léčbě s metodou INFINITY v Rehabilitačním ústavu Brandýs nad Orlicí u pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem. Na začátku práce je popsána kineziologie axiálního systému, postura, stabilita a stabilizace těla. Je definován vertebrogenní algický syndrom, jeho etiologie, způsob diagnostiky a možnosti terapie včetně nejznámějších speciálních terapeutických konceptů. Neopomenutelná část této kapitoly je věnována preventivním opatřením před vznikem bolestí zad. Současně jsou vyjmenovány jednotlivé struktury hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře a je objasněn jeho celkový význam ve vztahu ke vzniku vertebrogenních poruch. V kapitole o metodice práce jsou sděleny vyšetřovací postupy použité ve speciální části. Ozřejmena a vysvětlena je aplikovaná metoda INFINITY a princip fungování přístroje Diers. Speciální část bakalářské práce se věnuje jednotlivým kazuistikám pacientů. Jsou uvedeny vstupní kineziologické rozbory a nastíněny jednotlivé cvičební jednotky, které probíhaly během rehabilitačního pobytu. V následující kapitole jsou tyto rozbory porovnány s výstupními měřeními a je posouzen efekt terapie. Získané výsledky jsou doplněny o menší studii pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem, u nichž probíhala taktéž terapie INFINITY method(R).

The subject of the Bachelor thesis is an evaluation of postural changes in patients with vertebrogenic algic syndrome following treatment with the INFINITY method(R) at the Brandýs nad Orlicí rehabilitation centre. We begin with a description of the kinesiology of the axial skeletal system, posture, stability and body stabilization. We go on to describe vertebrogenic algic syndrome, its etiology, diagnosis and therapy options, including the best-established specialized therapeutic concepts. A significant part of this chapter is devoted to preventive measures mitigating the onset of back pain. Along with these we list the various structures of the underlying spinal stabilization system and cover its general role in relation to vertebrogenic disorder etiology. In the study methodology section we cover the investigative procedures deployed in the specialized section. We also elucidate the INFINITY methodology deployed, and the principle of operation of the Diers device. The specialized section of the Bachelor thesis is devoted to the case histories of the respective patients. This covers the kinesiologic analysis on admission and outlines each the exercise elements deployed during the rehabilitation stay. In the following section these analyses are compared with the assessments on release, and the overall effectiveness of the therapy considered. The findings are supplemented with a smaller scale study of patients with vertebrogenic pain syndrome who also underwent therapy with the INFINITY method(R).
