Využití respiračních cviků u pacientů s idiopatickou skoliózou

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem respiračních cviků u pacientů s idiopatickou skoliózou. Jedná se především o využití fyzioterapeutických metod, které mají ve svých postupech důraz na dýchání. Teoretická část popisuje základní charakteristiku páteře. Poté je tato práce zaměřena na teoretické poznatky pojednávající o klinických projevech skoliózy, rozdělení skoliózy dle několika kritérií, možnosti vyšetření i léčby. Další hlavní kapitolou je metodika, která zahrnuje všechny diagnostické a rehabilitační postupy, které jsou použity u kazuistik ve speciální části. Rehabilitační metody použité u pacientů kladou důraz na dýchání a správné postavení hrudníku. Ve speciální části práce jsou obsaženy tři kazuistiky pacientů s idiopatickou skoliózou v adolescentním věku. Kapitola obsahuje informace o vstupních kineziologických rozborech, návrh krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu a průběh terapií. Poté jsou ve výsledcích porovnány vstupní a výstupní kineziologické rozbory. Konečný efekt terapie je hodnocen jako úspěšný, jelikož u všech pacientů jsou prokázány pozitivní změny, zejména ve zvýšení pružnosti hrudníku, ve správné aktivaci hlubokého stabilizačního systému, zvýšení rozsahu pohybu páteře a lepšímu postavení lopatek. V diskuzi jsou zaznamenány odborné diskuze související s tématem, a poté v závěru zhodnocena celková terapie a dosažené výsledky.

This bachelor thesis considers the influence of respiratory exercises in patients with idiopathic scoliosis. It is mainly about the use of physiotherapeutic methods that have an emphasis on breathing in their procedures. The theoretical part describes the basic characteristics of the spine. Then the thesis is focusing on the theoretical knowledge of clinical indications of scoliosis, the types of scoliosis by several criteria, possibilities of examination and treatment. Another main chapter is methodology that covers all diagnostic and rehabilitation procedures used in case studies in a special part. Rehabilitation methods used on patients emphasize breathing and proper chest position. In the special part of the thesis are three case reports of patients with idiopathic scoliosis at adolescent age. The chapter contains information on initial kinesiological analyses, a proposal for a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan and the therapy procedures. Then the results are compared with initial and final kinesiological analyses. The final effect of therapy is considered successful as positive changes have been shown in all patients, particularly in increasing chest flexibility, in proper activation of deep stabilization system, in increasing spine movement and in better position of scapulas. The expert discussions related to the topic are noted in the discussion part and the overall therapy and results are evaluated in the conclusion.
