Fyzioterapie u pacientů s periferní parézou dolní končetiny

Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o využití fyzioterapie u pacientů s periferní parézou dolní končetiny. V kapitole Současný stav je popsána anatomická struktura periferního nervového systému a příčiny vzniku periferních paréz. Podrobněji je rozebrána problematika parézy nervus peroneus communis, včetně etiologie vzniku, diferenciální diagnostiky a možností operační léčby. Samostatná kapitola Metodika obsahuje všechny vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody, které byly využité při zpracování praktické části bakalářské práce. Speciální část je založena na kazuistikách tří pacientů s parézou nervus peroneus communis. Každá kazuistika obsahuje anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán, navrhnutý na základě vstupního vyšetření a jednotlivé cvičební jednotky. Výsledný efekt terapie u jednotlivých pacientů je zhodnocen v kapitole Výsledky, na základě porovnání dat ze vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru.

The bachelor thesis deals with the use of physiotherapy of patients with peripheral paresis of the lower limb. In the chapter Present state is described the anatomical structure of the peripheral nervous system and the causes of peripheral paresis. The problematics of paresis of the nervus peroneus communis is described in detail including etiology of creation, differential diagnosis and possibilities of surgical treatment. The chapter Methodology contains all the diagnostic and therapeutic methods which were used during the processing of the practical part of the bachelor thesis. The special part is based on the case studies of three patients with paresis nervus peroneus communis. Each case study contains anamnesis, entry kinesiological examination, short and long term rehabilitation plan recommended on the basis of entry examination and individual exercise units. The resulting effect of the therapy with individual patients is evaluated in the chapter Results on the basis of comparing data from entrance and exit examination.
