Využití Infinity method k léčbě bolestí bederní páteře

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je léčba bolestí bederní páteře za využití speciální rehabilitační metody Infinity method(R). Práce se zaměřuje na léčbu pomocí této metody v prostředí rehabilitačního ústavu a její zhodnocení pomocí posturografického a plantografického vyšetření. V teoretické části je popsána anatomická stavba páteře, bederní obratel, možné pohyby bederní páteře, nejčastější příčiny bolesti v oblasti beder a parametry posturografu, který byl použit k objektivizaci léčby. V metodice je popsána speciální rehabilitační metoda Infinity method(R) a vyšetření, která byla použita v kineziologickém rozboru. Dále je zde popsán sběr dat. V praktické části je představeno pět pacientů, kteří absolvovali čtyřtýdenní ústavní léčbu. Výsledky obsahují porovnání vstupních a výstupních hodnot probandů a výsledky měření souboru 25 pacientů léčených v rehabilitačním ústavu v období od září 2017 do ledna 2018. V diskuzi a závěru je zhodnocena léčba a její výsledky.

Focus of this bachelor thesis is usage of special rehabilitation method which is called Infinity method(R) to cure pain in lumbar spine. The work is focused on curing with usage of this method in rehabilitation facility and evaluation of this method by postography and plantography examination. In theoretical part one can find description of spine anatomy, lumbar vertebrae, possible movements of lumbar spine, main reasons for pain in lumbar area and posturograph parameters which were used to make therapy objective. In methodology one can find description of rehabilitation method which is called Infinity method(R) and examination which was used in kinesiological analysis. Furthermore, description of data collection is provided. In practical part five patients are introduced. These patients went through four weeks hospital treatment. Results contain comparison of input and output values of probands and results of measurement of 25 patients treated in rehabilitation facility between September 2017 and January 2018. In discussion and conclusion therapy and its results are evaluated.
