Možnosti využití analytické metody a kombinované elektroterapie při ovlivnění hypertonického m. trapezius

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce hodnotí účinky kombinované elektroterapie na hypertonický musculus trapezius a porovnává je s účinky analytické metody. V kapitole Současný stav je ,,rozebrána" anatomie páteře, stavba obratle, kineziologie krční páteře a šíjové svalstvo. Dále je definována bolest, typy bolesti, teorie vzniku bolesti a také bolesti a poruchy v oblasti krční páteře. Konec této kapitoly se věnuje kombinované elektroterapii, jejím indikacím, kontraindikacím, neurofyziologickým aspektům či parametrům. Kapitola Metodika obsahuje vyšetřovací metody použité u pacientů v praktické části bakalářské práce, informace k vizuální analogové škále a také možnosti terapeutického ovlivnění hypertonického musculus trapezius. Speciální část obsahuje popis vstupních vyšetření pacientů a průběh terapie. Z celkem 20 pacientů byla u 10 z nich použita kombinovaná elektroterapie v počtu 10 aplikací na trapézové svalstvo. Zbylých 10 pacientů absolvovalo 10 terapií s využitím techniky PIR. Kapitola Výsledky shrnuje krátkodobý a dlouhodobý efekt a porovnává obě terapie na základě subjektivního pocitu pacientů a vizuální analogové škály bolesti. Kapitola Diskuze porovnává výsledky jednotlivých terapií z krátkodobého i dlouhodobého hlediska. V Závěru jsou shrnuty poznatky z měření a dosažené výsledky.

This thesis evaluates the effects of combined electrotherapy on a hypertonic musculus trapezius and compares them with the effects of the analytical method. The chapter Current state "dissects" the anatomy of the spine, the construction of a vertebra, kineziology of the cervical spine and nuchal musculature. Further, pain and types of pain are defined and the theory of pain causation as well as pains and disorders in the area around the cervical spine are described. The end of this chapter is devoted to combined electrotherapy, its indications and contraindications, non-physiological aspects and parameters. The Methodology chapter contains the methods of investigation used on the patients in the practical part of the bachelor thesis, information about the visual analogue scale and also the possibilities of affecting a hypertonic musculus trapezius therapeutically. A separate section describes the entrance examination and the course of the therapy. Out of the total of 20 patients, combined electrotherapy was used on 10 of them with 10 applications on trapeze musculature. The other 10 patients went through 10 therapeutic sessions using the PIR method. The Results chapter sums up the short- and long-term effects, and compares the two therapies based on the subjective feeling of patients and the visual analogue scale of pain. The Discussion chapter compares the results of individual therapies from both short- and long-term perspectives. Our findings and results are summarized in the Conclusion.
