Analýza napjatosti nalisovaného spoje s proměnným přesahem

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou stavu napjatosti nalisovaného spoje s proměnným přesahem. V teoretické části je podrobně probrána teorie silnostěnných nádob. V analytické části je provedena analýza konkrétního případu nalisovaného spoje. Tento případ je také řešen metodou konečných prvků pomocí softwaru SIMULIA Abaqus. Analýze je také podroben nalisovaný spoj s proměnným přesahem, pro který je provedeno několik výpočtů s konstrukční úpravou.

This bachelor thesis deals with analysis stress of the pressed cylinders with a variable overhang. The theoretical part includes the detailed theory of thick-walled vessels. In the analytical part, an analysis of the specific case of a pressed joint is performed. This case is also solved by finite element method using SIMULIA Abaqus software. The analysis is also subjected to a pressed joint with a variable overhang for which several calculations with structural modification.
