Terapie jizev

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je terapie jizev a porovnání dvou různých terapeutických přístupů. Výsledky jsou zpracovány na základě kazuistik dvou pětičlenných skupin pacientů. Skupina první je léčena pomocí tlakové masáže, skupina druhá pomocí cross-tape. Vyšetření je obohaceno o vyšetření pomocí termovize. Kapitola současný stav se věnuje anatomii a fyziologii kůže. Dále pojednává o poranění měkkých tkání, kde jsou shrnuty změny kožního vnímání, jizvy po popáleninách, diagnostika poruch měkkých tkání a druhy ran a jejich dělení, a o hojení ran, kde jsou shrnuty rizikové faktory, patologické jizvy, faktory ovlivňující hojení jizev a jizva aktivní. Součástí této kapitoly je komplexní rehabilitace jizev. Kapitola metodika zahrnuje popis vyšetřovacích a terapeutických postupů, které byly využity v praktické části. Při výzkumu bylo použito i vyšetření pomocí termovize, které posloužilo k objasnění prokrvení kůže v oblasti jizev. Ve speciální části práce jsou uvedeny kazuistiky pacientů rozdělené na dvě skupiny podle využité terapie. Každá kazuistika obsahuje vstupní vyšetření, rehabilitační plán, průběh terapie, výstupní vyšetření a validaci pomocí termovize. První skupina pacientů byla léčena pomocí tlakové masáže, druhá pomocí cross-tape. Kapitola výsledky obsahuje porovnání změn stavu jizev po terapii, ale i změnu hybnosti pacientů po terapii, která je patná z výstupního vyšetření. Dále je zde shrnuta změna prokrvení kůže po terapii. Předmětem diskuze je porovnání efektu obou terapeutických přístupů a srovnání s poznatky z dalších publikovaných zdrojů z této oblasti. V závěru je zhodnocen efekt obou terapeutických přístupů a jejich porovnání.

The thesis focuses on scar therapy and a comparison of two different therapy approaches. The results are processed based on case reports of two patient groups of five members. The first group is being cured by deep tissue massage, the second by cross-tape. The examination is enriched by thermography examination. The current status chapter focuses on anatomy and skin physiology. It then talks about soft tissue injuries, with a summary of skin perception changes, scars after burns, soft tissue defect diagnosis, types of injuries and their division, healing of injuries including risk factors, pathological scars, factors influencing healing of scars and the active scar. This chapter contains the complex scar rehabilitation. The methodology chapter embraces a description of examining and therapeutic processes, that have been used in the practical part. As a part of the research, an examination using thermography has been done in order to clarify blood circulation of skin in the area of the scars. The special part deals with case reports of patients separated into two groups based on the therapy used. Each case report contains an initial examination, rehabilitation plan, course of therapy, output examination and a validation based on thermography. The first group was being cured using the deep tissue massage, the second using cross-tape. The results chapter contains a comparison of the changes of scar status after therapy, as well as the patients' momentum change after the therapy apparent from the output examination. The chapter then gives a summary of the blood circulation of skin changes after the therapy. The subject of the discussion is a comparison of the effect of both therapeutic approaches and a comparison with information from other sources published concerning this topic. The summary evaluates the effect of both therapeutic approaches and their comparison.
