Efektivita terapie laserem u epikondylitid

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je studium efektu vysokovýkonné laserové terapie typu HILT(R) (High Intensity Laser Therapy) u klientů s diagnostikovanou radiální epikondylitidou. Obecná část obsahuje popis a rozdělení entezopatií v oblasti loketního kloubu i anatomických struktur majících s těmito diagnózami největší souvislost. Tato část se také zabývá možnostmi jejich terapie. Další kapitoly se věnují laserovému záření, jeho produkci a působení na živou tkáň. Pojednávají i o typech terapeutických laserů, jejich klasifikaci, bezpečnosti práce a indikacích i kontraindikacích laserové terapie. V kapitole ,,Metodika" jsou zahrnuty veškeré využité vyšetřovací i terapeutické postupy a jejich popis. Speciální část je věnována kazuistikám jednotlivých klientů rozdělených mezi hlavní a kontrolní skupinu. Jednotlivé kazuistiky obsahují informace použité pro hodnocení efektu terapií. Výsledky potvrdily pozitivní vliv vysokovýkonné laserové terapie u radiálních epikondylitid. Jejich shrnutí se nachází v kapitole ,,Výsledky". Ty jsou porovnány se závěry jiných studií v kapitole ,,Diskuze".

This Bachelor's Thesis is focused on evaluating the efficacy of high-intensity laser therapy (HILT(R)) in patients with diagnosed radial epicondylitis. General section contains information about elbow enthesopathy types, their respective descriptions, most relevant anatomical structures and therapy possibilities. Subsequent sections include information about laser radiation, its production and interaction with living tissue. They also inform about different types of therapeutic lasers, their classification, possible safety hazards and their indications and contraindications. Methodology chapter contains information about all applied examination and therapeutic techniques. Special section provides detailed information about individual clients, who have been split up into two separate groups - main group and control group respectively. The detailed client examination information has been used to evaluate the therapy efficacy. The results showed that the high-intensity laser therapy had a positive effect on patients with radial epicondylitis. They were summarised in a result chapter and subsequently compared with other studies' results in a discussion chapter.
