Efekt fyzioterapie u cervikobrachiálního syndromu s využitím Senzor Medica

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je seznámení se s diagnózou cervikobrachiální syndrom a posouzení vlivu diagnózy cervikobrachiální syndrom na rozsah pohybu v krční páteři a ramenním kloubu. Součástí práce je také navržení vhodné terapie a zhodnocení efektu terapie na základě tří nezávislých měření rozsahů pohybu. V teoretické části jsou nastíněny základy anatomie a biomechaniky krční páteře. Zároveň tato část pojednává o diagnóze vertebrogenní algický syndrom se specifikací na cervikobrachiální syndrom. Představeny jsou příčiny onemocnění, základní symptomy a možnosti terapie. V metodické části bakalářské práce jsou stručně popsány použité vyšetřovací a vybrané terapeutické postupy. Součástí je také popis práce s přístrojem Senzor Medica Moover. Pro speciální část bylo vybráno pět pacientů, kterým byl změřen rozsah pohybu krční páteře a obou ramenních kloubů před začátkem terapie, poté ihned po ukončení terapie a následně s dvouměsíčním odstupem. Na základě vstupních vyšetření byly navrženy terapeutické postupy. V závěru práce je zhodnocení výsledků jednotlivých měření a efektu terapie s hodnotami ze vstupních a výstupních vyšetření.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the diagnosis of cervicobrachial syndrome and the assessment of the influence of the diagnosis on the range of movement in the cervical spine and the shoulder joint. The thesis proposes a design for an appropriate therapy and evaluation of the effect of the therapy based on three independent measurements of the range of movement. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the basics of the anatomy and biomechanics of the cervical spine. This part also discusses the diagnosis of vertebrogenic algic syndrome, particularly vertebrogenic algic cervicobrachial syndrome, including the causes, main symptoms, and possible choices for treatment. The methodological part of the thesis describes methods used for examinations of patients and selected approaches for treatment. The methodological part also describes the use of the Senzor Medica measuring machine. For the special part of the thesis, five patients were selected for measurement of the range of movement of the cervical spine and both shoulder joints at three different times: first, before the beginning of the therapy; second, immediately after the end of the therapy; and, third, two months after the therapy was completed. Based on the initial examination and measurements, different treatment approaches were designed. In the conclusions, the thesis evaluates the results of the individual measurements and the effects of the treatments based on the initial and final measurements.
