Fyzioterapie u vrozené dysplazie pately u adolescentů

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je fyzioterapie u pacientů s diagnózou vrozené dysplazie pately v adolescentním věku. V úvodní části je stručně popsána anatomie a biomechanika kolenního kloubu. Dále je zde popsána anatomie, biomechanika PF skloubení a zmíněny jeho nejčastější poruchy v období adolescence. Jsou zde zpracovány informace o vrozené dysplazii pately, její diagnostice a možnosti terapie v rámci poruch PF skloubení. V metodologii práce jsou uvedeny vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které byly aplikovány v průběhu terapie u vybraných pacientek. Speciální část je věnována zpracování kazuistik pěti pacientek ve věku 14-16 let s diagnózou vrozené dysplazie pately, pro něž byl na základě vstupního kineziologického rozboru vypracován krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Ve výsledcích práce je uvedeno subjektivní i objektivní hodnocení efektu terapie po době pěti měsíců u každé pacientky. Závěrečná část obsahuje zhodnocení vybraných terapeutických postupů a souhrn nálezů všech pacientek v porovnání s českou i zahraniční literaturou.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is physiotherapy of patients diagnosed with congenital dysplasia of the patella in adolescent age. Anatomy and biomechanics of the knee joint are briefly described in the introduction, as well as the anatomy and biomechanics of patellofemoral joint along with its most frequent defects during adolescence. Information about congenital dysplasia of the patella, its diagnosis and therapeutic options concerning defects of patellofemoral joint is introduced further. The methodology part presents the diagnostic and therapeutic methods, which were applied during the therapy of selected patients. The special part is focusing on the processing of case studies of five female patients aged 14 to 16 years diagnosed with congenital dysplasia of the patella, whose short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan was made based on their entry kinesiologic examination. Results of the thesis show subjective and objective evaluation of therapeutic effects on each female patient after a five months period. Conclusion of the thesis includes assessment of selected therapeutic methods and a summary of findings of all patients in comparison between Czech and foreign literature.
