Výjezdy ZZS Libereckého kraje označené jako NACA 0-II

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je hodnocení výjezdů ZZS Libereckého kraje. V teoretické části je stručně popsána historie, současný stav zdravotnické záchranné služby a vysvětlení skórovacího systému NACA. Cílem práce je zjistit procento výjezdů primárně neurčených pro zdravotnickou záchrannou službu na základě NACA skóre. Hlavní náplní je porovnání výjezdových základen Zdravotnické záchranné služby Libereckého kraje mezi sebou a zjištění, proč se tomu tak děje. Bakalářská práce je rozšířená o dotazníkové šetření určené pro laickou veřejnost Libereckého kraje, jehož smyslem je zjistit, jestli veřejnost rozumí legislativním normám, kdy je možné využít služeb zdravotnické záchranné služby. Výsledky bakalářské práce budou využity pro potřeby Zdravotnické záchranné služby Libereckého kraje.

The bachelor thesis deals with cases evaluation of the Emergency Medical Service of the Liberec region. History, present state of EMS and the definition of the NACA scoring system is briefly described in the theoretical part. The object of this bachelor thesis is to find out the number of cases not primarily determined to EMS based on the NACA score. The main content is the comparison of various EMS stations of the Liberec region and to find out the reason, why this happens. The bachelor thesis is enriched with questionnaire survey determined to lay public of the Liberec region. The aim is to find out whether the public understand the legislative norms to decide when to use EMS. The results of the bachelor thesis will be used for the needs of the Emergency Medical Service of the Liberec Region.
