Kraniocerebrální poranění se zaměřením na poranění mozku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou poranění hlavy a s nimi souvisejícími poškozeními mozku. Jejím předmětem je charakteristika nejběžnějších poranění a jejich řešení v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Teoretická část obsahuje pojednání o anatomických strukturách mozku a jeho fyziologických vlastnostech. Obsahuje popis jednotlivých struktur a jejich funkcí, souhrn nejběžnějších typů cerebrálních poškození a přehled nejčastějších situací, kdy k těmto poškozením dochází. Část praktická je zaměřena na vybrané případy kraniocerebrálních poranění z praxe, jejich řešení a následnou analýzu jednotlivých zásahů.

Bachelor thesis deals with head injuries and their influence on brain damage. Main topic is description of the most common injuries and their solutions in pre-hospital emergency. Theoretical part includes description of anatomical structures of brain and its physiological properties. It shows specific brain structures and their functions, most common types of cerebral damages and range of situations causing these damages. Practical part focuses on specific craniocerebral injuries, their medical treatment and analysis of these medical interventions.
