Koncepce rozvoje obce Panenské Břežany

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním koncepce rozvoje obce Panenské Břežany, ležící ve Středočeském kraji, okrese Praha-východ. Koncepce obsahuje podklady a rozbory území, které byly zpracovány dle metodiky pořizování Územně analytických podkladů. Podklady obsahují informace o stavu a vývoji území, obyvatelstvu a zjišťují hodnoty a limity využití území. Na základě podkladů je vypracován rozboru udržitelného rozvoje území formou SWOT analýzy členěné do tematických okruhů a vyhodnocení vyváženosti vztahu územních podmínek pro příznivé životní prostředí, pro hospodářský rozvoj a pro soudržnost společenství obyvatel území. V návrhové části diplomové práce jsou vymezeny směry trvale udržitelného rozvoje obce s důrazem na urbanistickou koncepci obce, koncepci technické infrastruktury a uspořádání krajiny. Koncepce rozvoje obce je zpracována dle metodiky zpracování územního plánu, ve vybraném rozsahu a je v souladu s legislativou územního plánování. Koncepce vymezuje v území plochy přestaveb, nové zastavitelné plochy a plochy změn v krajině a související prvky dopravní a technické infrastruktury. Koncepce dále navrhuje územní systém ekologické stability. Součástí práce je odůvodnění navrženého rozvoje území, včetně vyhodnocení účelného využití území a vyhodnocení záborů půdního fondu.

This diploma thesis deals with the concept of municipal development Panenské Břežany, situated in Central Bohemia region, Prague-East District. Concept provides materials and analysis of the territory that have been processed by the methodology of territorial analytical data. Documents include data about conditions and developement of the area, population and finding values and limits of the land use. On the basis of this data there is prepared analysis of the sustainable development of the territory in the form of a SWOT analysis and assessment of the balance of the relationship of local conditions for a favorable environment, for economic development and consistency of communities living. The design part of the thesis defines sustainable development of the municipality with accent on the urban concept, the concept of technical infrastructure and landscape arrangement. Concept of development of the municipality is prepared according to the methodology of processing zoning plan, in the specified range and in accordance with the appropriate laws of urban planning. Concept defines areas of reconstruction, new developable areas and areas of changes in the landscape and related transport and technical infrastructure. Concept also proposes a territorial system of ecological stability. The last part of thesis is reasoning of the designed development, including the evaluation of efficient land use and evaluation of the soil sealing.
