Plzeň - Piettova papírna. Přestavba poindustriálního areálu.

Abstract

Diplomová práce konkretizuje vybranou část areálu bývalé Piettovy papírny, který byl řešen v předdiplomním projektu. Bývalá papírna se nachází 1,5 km jižně od historického centra Plzně. Areál je ohraničen řekou Radbuzou a rozsáhlým Papírenským parkem. Jedná se o brownfieldové území o rozloze 10 ha určené k přestavbě. Zachovány budou pouze památkově chráněné haly a zděný komín, který tvoří výraznou dominantu v území. Urbanistická koncepce se odvíjí od osové SV- JZ hlavní komunikace, která dále kopíruje meandr řeky. Diplomová práce obsahuje prostorové a funkčně provozní řešení urbanistického souboru staveb a parteru včetně výběru zeleně i mobiliáře. Řešené nové objekty jsou polyfunkční. V přízemí se nachází komerční prostory určené pro drobné obchody a služby. Ostatní patra slouží pro bydlení a administrativu. V podzemním podlaží jsou hromadné garáže. Průmyslové haly budou využívané jako sportovně multikulturní centrum. Na řešené území je navržen generel sítí veřejné infrastruktury.

The diploma thesis specifies a selected part of an areal of a former Piett paper mill, which has been solved in the pre-thesis project .The former paper mill is located 1.5 km south of the historic center of Pilsen. The complex is bordered by the river Radbuza and the large Paper mill park. It is a brownfield area of 10 hectares intended for conversion. Only the listed buildings and a brick chimney that dominates the area, will be preserved. The urban concept is based on NE- SW of the main axial road, which also follows the meander of the river. The diploma contains space and functionally operational solutions of the urban set of buildings and the parterre including a selection of greenery and furniture. The designed new objects are polyfunctional. Commercial space for retail shops and services are on the ground floor. Other floors are used for housing and administration. There are collective garages in the basement. The industrial buildings will be used as a sports multicultural center.A Master Plan is designed for networks of public infrastructure on the chosen area.
