Rekonstrukce domu v Řečici s ohledem na opatření proti zemní vlhkosti

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vlhkosti v budovách. V teoretické části jsou popsány příčiny a důsledky vzniku nadměrné vlhkosti a také nejběžnější způsoby prevence a odstranění vlhkosti. Druhá (praktická) část této práce se zabývá průzkumem konkrétního stavebního objektu, kterým je sto let stará budova. Zaměřuje se na konkrétní problém způsobený zemní vlhkostí. Práce popisuje průběh rekonstrukcí a zvolenou metodu odvlhčování stavby. Na závěr hodnotí její účinnost a finanční náročnost. Součástí práce jsou výstupy z několika měření vlhkosti v budově a několik příloh týkajících se průběhu rekonstrukcí stavby.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of humidity in building constructions. In the theoretical part, there are described sources and effects of excessive humidity and also most common forms of moisture removal and prevention against humidity. The second (practical) part of this thesis deals with the exploration of a specific construction, which is a hundred years old building. The main focus is on a concrete problem caused by ground moisture. There is described the process of reconstruction and also the chosen method of dehumidification of the building. In conclusion, this thesis evaluates effectiveness and financial demands of the dehumidification. Parts of this work are also outcomes of the humidity measurements in building and several annexes regarding the progress of reconstruction works.
