Sanace vlhkostních poruch spodní stavby

Abstract

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je návrh sanačních opatření se zaměřením na vlhkostní poruchy suterénu občanské stavby. Práce se zabývá situací, kdy je potřeba zanedbaný a nevyužívaný suterén využít pro nové účely. Projektová dokumentace byla zpracována podle požadavků investora na vytvoření moderního školicího střediska. Jedná se o učebny s lokomotivními trenažéry a odpočinkovou zónu s wellness. Na základě výsledků stavebně technického průzkumu byly navrženy sanační metody. Vzhledem k členitosti půdorysu a materiálové různorodosti jsou použity a popsány 4 metody (podřezání zdiva diamantovým lanem, pilou to vše v kombinaci s chemickými injektážemi a drenáží). V druhé části se práce zabývá návrhem nového dispozičního a stavebně technického řešení. Návrh je zpracován v podrobnosti pro stavební povolení včetně profesí.

The content of this bachelor thesis is the proposal of remediation measures focusing on humidity basement faults of a civil construction. The thesis deals with the situation when it is necessary to use a neglected and unused basement for new purposes. The project documentation has been prepared according to the investor's requirements to create a modern training centre. These are classrooms with locomotive simulators and a relaxation area with wellness. Based on the results of the building technical survey, there were designed rehabilitation methods. Considering the segmentation of the layout and the diversity of material there are used and described four methods (undercutting of the masonry with a diamond wire, with a saw, this all combined with chemical grouting and drains). The other part of the thesis deals with the design of a new layout and building technical solution. The proposal is elaborated in detail for the building permit, including professions.
