Snížení energetické náročnosti řadového domu s ohledem na ekonomickou efektivitu

Abstract

Práce se zabývá snížením energetické náročnosti na vytápění rodinného domu. Jedná se o dům v řadové zástavbě v Lomnici nad Popelkou, který byl vystavěn v letech 1971-1974. Vypracováno a vzájemně porovnáno je několik řešení zateplení obálky budovy. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny fyzikální veličiny popisující tepelně technické vlastnosti materiálů a konstrukcí. Dále druhy běžně používaných dodatečných zateplovacích systémů. Vysvětlena je rovněž základní terminologie týkající se energetické náročnosti budov. V praktické části je zpracováno posouzení stávajícího stavu budovy. Detailní pozornost je věnována tepelně technickým parametrům obvodových stěn, střešní konstrukci, výplním stavebních otvorů a konstrukcím oddělujících posuzovaný dům od sousedních přilehlých budov. Po technickém zhodnocení stávajícího stavu je navrženo několik variant úprav konstrukcí a výplní stavebních otvorů. Důraz při tvorbě návrhových opatření je kladen na dosažení současně platných stavebně-fyzikálních standardů. Pomocí vícekriteriální analýzy jsou hodnoceny jak technické tak i ekonomické aspekty návrhu. Na základě této analýzy je vybráno optimální řešení pro danou konstrukci. Výsledky vícekriteriální analýzy jsou použity jako podklad pro vyhotovení energetického štítku obálky budovy a posudku energetické náročnosti budovy.

Presented bachelor thesis deals with the reduction of energy demands for heating buildings. A terraced house in Lomnice n. Pop. built between 1971-1974 is assessed. Several heating solutions of building envelope are designed and each other compared. The thesis is divided into two main parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, basic physical variables describing the material and construction thermal engineering properties are explained just as commonly used ETICS (external thermal insulation composite system) types. A terminology dealing with an energy performance of buildings is mentioned too. In the practical part, building existing condition focusing in detail on the building envelope, roof and inter-flat construction and windows is assessed. Based on the technical evaluation of assessed building, several variants of construction and window thermal engineering enhancements are designed. The design if focused on an attainment of currently valid thermal engineering standards. A multicriterial analysis was realized to rating both the technical and the economical design aspects. Thanks to the analysis, the optimal design solution is chosen. The results are used as basic information for elaboration of building envelope label and Certificate of energy performance of buildings.
